Marcel Desaulniers, Virginia's own four times James Beard award-winning chef and author of Death by Chocolate, shares the love of fine chocolate at MAD about Chocolate.
Renowned for his generous and gooey cookies, Double MAD brownies, and the beloved savory cheesecake, Marcel also offers lunch, wine and a variety of MAD made chocolate candies and seasonally-inspired confections. Everything is made on-site using the freshest ingredients: Belgian chocolate, fresh cream, fresh eggs, real butter. Nothing fake comes between you and his chocolate.
All can be enjoyed in the art-filled cafe or taken out.
